Metal Chairs: Revolution in Seating Design

Lille Split Chair is part of “ALUCUTS” (2021 – 2023) furniture series, showcasing simple yet sturdy bolted assemblies of 12mm squared cuts of aluminium plates.

The blue and red design is a “regular” type of chair with 3 feet. The work presented here is an eclectic result of Afropean roots, an interpretation of furniture with a new point of view. The whole process of creating the chair is centred around craftsmanship and upcycling.

The Grand Ribaud armchair is designed for «idleness» in extreme conditions. Manufactured using techniques traditionally used for nautical fittings, its structure is in welded, bent and epoxy- lacquered steel tube.

The sides are tempered and coloured glass. The sitting area and the structure is stainless-steel connected by welding inside the glass.
