    Comprised of food safe Maple and Walnut blades with Cocobolo handles. Sharpened to effectively cut hard and soft cheeses and finished with food grade mineral oil. Set comes with slate chalk sticks to write cheese names on slate charcuterie boards. Box is made from Alder with Cocobolo trim. Cocobolo is an extremely rare, exotic Rosewood from South America. It’s naturally dark, rich color with uniquely beautiful grain makes it one of the worlds most beautiful woods. Knives and sets are customizable.
