    The Caida Libre floor lamp’s design proposal centers on the decorative sphere within the structure. Its name, meaning ‘free fall’ in Spanish, reflects the sphere’s simulation of a free fall that abruptly pauses, appearing frozen in time. In addition to physically illuminating a space, Caida Libre invites us to pause and admire the harmony of suspended motion, offering a moment of tranquility amidst the bustle.

    Passionate about creating new and innovative products, Gabriela seeks to create a change in the world through design, turning thoughts and ideas into reality. Born in Mexico City, Gabriela is the founder of Saadia Design. She obtained a master\'s degree in furniture design at SCAD (Savannah College of art and Design) in 2022. Before that she studied Industrial Design at Universidad Iberoamericana. After finishing her degree, she worked in a lamp factory where she discovered her passion for lighting. Today she is dedicated to designing, developing and creating decorative lamps, continually expanding her skills and knowledge.
