    The patterns are designed by Federica and are digitally printed with Gots certified inks.

    ‘Once upon a time there was the usual kitchen full of square and static furniture, a bit boring to tell the truth, then I created Ballerina and everything changed: no more furniture-boxes but circular steel islands on wheels, dressed with curtain-skirts that you can change according to the rhythm of your day. Ballerina the fun and functional idea that turns your kitchen into a dance floor and gives you lightness and joie de vivre.’ – Designer Federica Zama
    Ballerina , a project that revolutionizes the idea of cooking. The first element of the collection is a 316 stainless steel island on wheels consisting of a steel top, tubular legs and triangular shelves adjustable in height. The island revolves around a cylindrical sink that is completely hand-welded.
    A hidden runner under the top allows a curtain made of recycled fabrics to slide, which can be easily changed according to one’s taste and the occasion.
    It is an extremely ductile element, easy to assemble and move, which adapts to indoor and outdoor environments, embellishing them.

    M\'ama edizioni is a brand of exclusive furniture with a strong personality. Each project is filtered through a very feminine perspective that freely weaves multiple aesthetics with irreverent yet poetic surprises. Federica graduated in Architecture at Central Saint Martins College in London and specialized in Product Design at ISIA in Italy. She worked as interior designer in London and Los Angeles for 7 years and in 2021 she opened a design gallery in her hometown Faenza (Italy).
